Wind Turbines taking toll on birds

Although wind power is known by most people as a positive alternative energy source, there are major drawback to the power source. Wind power requires technology like wind turbines, which can infact harm the environment. The reality that wind turbaines needs to be brought to the publics attention before we continue to use these alternatives. A large issure with wind power is the effectit has on birds. The wind turbines take up a lot of space. These large areas of land are then used to produce our power, but what happens to the birds that use to fly over these areas. Wind turbines have been causing a problem with the birds. The birds are flying into turbines and dying. Although poeple think that just because it does not emit greenhouse gasses there is nothing wrong with it, however sources like wind power can harmthe environment.
